Hardware
All the components required for operation of three steppers, including the three performance levels,
are located on this 345mm long PC compatible card.
Particularly in combination with isel steppers, this card can be used in many intermittant and continuous duty cycle applications.
 A significant characteristic of this system is the fact that the stepper motor is operated in the so-called microstep mode. The advantage of the microstep mode is the extremely smooth motion of the motor and, as a result, extremely reduced resonances. Through the bipolar triggering and the application of the two phase steppers, a very good efficiency is obtained.
A full step of the motor (1.8 Deg rotation) is divided in 128 microsteps. This microstep motion shows excellent dynamic responce in the lower speed range, as well as during acceleration and deceleration.
The card is equiped with its own cooling fan to provide optimal heat exchange anf to ensure proper cooling. The motor power, inputs and home reference pins of the +24V connection are on a 25 pin SUB-D connector. Below this there is a 9 pin SUB-D conector for allowing 3 more opto-isolated
inputs as wll as a 24V/1A relay output.
By means of a relay locarted on the card and controlled by the software, or by a kill switch, the power can be cut off.

Software
With the card demonstration software is provided which instantly provides the user with the programming capabilities of the card. It includes demonstration of the operation in full, half and microstep mode.
As a result, the user has the ability to develope programs in;
BASIC
PASCAL
C / C++ / C#

EASYMOVE a simple point to point programming language is also availble for users that don't wish to program.
